US Leader Trump Due to Arrive in Britain for Second State Visit

America's top diplomat Marco Rubio has just landed at London Stansted Airport, ahead of President Trump, who is scheduled to arrive on the presidential aircraft in the coming hours.

He has been greeted by Britain's foreign affairs chief Yvette Cooper as he arrived.
