Wales football star Ramsey has boosted the bounty for leads regarding the lost pet Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, revealed that Halo was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato region.
The beagle, who went missing on 9 October, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey posted a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of news about our Halo kindly get in touch with us. Big incentive for finding her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return to our family shortly," Ramsey posted on social media.
The footballer initially revealed that Halo had gone missing two weeks ago and has subsequently shared several images of the beloved canine on Instagram.
A $10,000 reward was originally offered, but with no news on Halo's location after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the reward.
"Our only wish is Halo returned," he stated in another plea on his online platforms after the elderly pet went missing.
The most recent picture post is a black and white image of the beagle sleeping, her head lying in the curve of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "How I wish to embrace you again Halo."
Ramsey has additionally shared a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on online channels mentioning they have a few "serious concerns" surrounding the disappearance and are concerned the household "might not receive clarity".
